ABOUT IN THE STILL OF THE NIGHT

A nocturnal journey with the world dance stars Lucia Lacarra and Matthew Golding, in which the present and the past intertwine, telling us a story where the emotional hiding places of two people are illuminated from a wide variety of perspectives.

The purest dance and the cinematographic reflection transport us into this beautiful story, accompanied musically by great hits from the 60s, with costumes inspired by the aesthetics of this decade.

All these elements will make In the Still of the Night remind us of film classics like Grease or Ghost.

Lucía Lacarra

Born in Zumaia, Gipuzkoa.
At the age of 14 she joined the Víctor Ullate School and at the age of 15 she began her professional career with the Víctor Ullate Ballet. Principal Dancer in major companies: Marseille National Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Munich Opera and Dortmund Ballet
She has won numerous Awards such as: The Nijinsky Prize, El Benois de la Danse, Dance Open, National Dance Prize. She has been named Dancer of the Decade at the Moscow Kremlin and Bavarian State Chamber Dancer.
Founder of GOLDENLAC Producciones.
FORDLANDIA is the first show she has produced.

Matthew Golding

Born in Canada.
Graduated from the Royal Ballet school.
Winner of the Youth American Grand Prix, and the Prix de Lausanne.
Principal Dancer in major companies: Het National Ballet and Royal Ballet of London.
Guest star at the Mariinsky, Munich Opera, English National Ballet, Tokyo Ballet, Oslo Opera House.
He created the Main Roles and recorded the DVDs of Cinderella by C. Wheeldon, D. Quixote by A. Ratmansky and Swan Lake by A. Dowell Co-founder of GOLDENLAC Producciones, FORDLANDIA is the first show he has created and directed.
